We process the following personal data:

• Account data — email address, password (encrypted via Firebase Auth), name and role within your business.
• Contact form — business name, contact person, email address, phone number and message.
• Usage data — anonymous interaction data used for product development. No tracking cookies, no advertising profiling.

3. Legal basis

• Performance of the contract — for account data, necessary to provide the service.
• Legitimate interest — for leads from the contact form.

4. Retention periods

• Accounts — as long as active, plus 6 months after closure.
• Leads (contact form) — maximum 12 months.
• Usage data — maximum 26 months.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your personal data
• rectification of inaccurate data
• erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")

FirstPour uses only functional cookies necessary for the platform to work — namely for authentication and language preference. No tracking or advertising cookies are placed. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

All communication runs over HTTPS. Passwords are managed encrypted via Firebase Auth. Access to data is limited to authorized staff and secured through role-based access control.
