FirstPour

The till that counts.

Finally a drawer that adds up.

€29.99/mo, everything included · no annual contract

Down to the centiliter.

Every sale comes off your stock immediately: the glass from the bottle, the bottle from the crate, the centiliters from the keg. And every night the day locks, sealed.

The FirstPour till: floor plan with tables, open tabs and orders. The FirstPour stock overview: products by category with live stock levels. The day close in FirstPour: revenue, cash reconciliation and open tabs.

Four things FirstPour replaces

What's still on paper tonight is locked in by tomorrow.

Replaces #1: the till that only adds up

Your whole floor on one screen

Inside, the terrace and the bar itself: every table has its tab, and every order lands on it the moment you tap. Nothing left to re-enter at the end of the night.

Replaces #2: the notebook behind the bar

Named tabs that survive the close

Marc pays Friday, like always. But his tab is under his name in the system, not between the beer mats. And it survives the close, so on Friday the total is right, no argument.

Replaces #3: Sunday's Excel stock sheet

Every glass comes off the bottle by itself

Every sale comes off your stock as it's rung up: per glass, per bottle, per centilitre. You count just once a week, ten minutes.

Replaces #4: the end-of-night number-crunching

A closed day is closed

Count the drawer, enter it, done. The numbers lock in, sealed, and the report is in your inbox before your coat's on.

What you feel every week

The variance and loss report in FirstPour: per product, the difference between expected and actual stock, in euros.

Losses in euros, per product

Your count next to sales: the difference shown per product, in euros.

FirstPour's AI daily briefing: an overview of yesterday, what's about to run out and the terrace weather.

By 8:30 you know everything

What yesterday brought in, what's about to run out, and whether it'll be terrace weather, in your inbox.

The FirstPour floor plan: keeps working without an internet connection.

Works offline, even at the summer bar

If the wifi drops, the till just keeps going. Everything syncs once the connection's back. No panic at the busiest moment of the week.

What you don't measure, you can't turn around

You know what you bought in. You know what the till rang up. Nobody knows the difference.

In 2025, Belgium saw 841 hospitality businesses go bankrupt in five months. Rarely from one big hit. Almost always from ten small things nobody added up. These ten:

  1. Two glasses that break during the rush.
  2. A drink poured wrong that has to be redone.
  3. Something on the house for someone who's been ordering well all night.
  4. A table that leaves without paying.
  5. A tab nobody can account for anymore.
Show the other five
  1. Change handed back wrong in the rush.
  2. An order the till never saw.
  3. A bottle left half full behind the bar.
  4. A delivery that doesn't match the slip, but gets signed anyway.
  5. A supplier who raises their price while yours stays put.

Each one is normal, and none is worth an argument on its own. In a bar, a coffee house or a summer bar, it's the same ten. Together, they're the difference between a business that makes it and one that slowly empties out, without anyone seeing it happen.

70 features. One price. Zero add-ons.

Elsewhere you pay separately for a kitchen screen, for stock, per user or per device. At FirstPour it's all in that one price. A till shouldn't be a business model built on add-ons.

€29.99 next to $249. That raises a question. We answer it right below.

One exception: if you have a kitchen and therefore a white-cash-register obligation, FirstPour legally can't be your till. We'd rather tell you that upfront than after an inspection.

€19.99/month, for life

As long as you stay subscribed. We come install it ourselves (worth €299, included). For the first 20 businesses. First come, first served.

Prices excl. VAT. We currently don't charge VAT (small-business exemption scheme), so this is what you actually pay.

Would rather buy a till outright, once? Then add five years of updates, support and the white-cash-register-2.0-era migrations. At FirstPour that's just included, and you can leave any month.

Why so cheap?

We don't make money on your till.

€29.99 covers what it costs to run FirstPour for you. The rest of our model is simple: not earning more per bar, but more bars that stay for years. That's why everything's included, you can leave any month, and you take everything with you when you go.

Straight questions

What does a POS system cost for a bar?

At FirstPour, €29.99 a month, everything included: POS, stock and AI, your whole team and all your devices, no annual contract. For comparison: well-known hospitality POS systems start around €89 a month, plus a cost per extra terminal.

Odoo is free. Why would I pay?

Odoo's free tier covers one app; POS plus stock together are already two, so you land on a paid plan quickly: per user per month, starting around €19.90, depending on plan and the running promotion. FirstPour doesn't charge per user: €29.99 flat, your whole team and all your devices included. Do the math: if FirstPour recovers €60 of losses a month, you earn back twice your investment in the very first month.

Do I need a white cash register (GKS)?

Not serving full meals, or your kitchen revenue stays under the threshold? Then no. And that's exactly who FirstPour is built for. With a white-cash-register obligation, FirstPour legally can't be your till; we'd rather tell you now than after an inspection. Read the full explanation of the white-cash-register threshold →

Another new system my staff has to learn?

We come install it and your team is up to speed within one shift: enter the PIN, tap the table, done. The slowest learner is usually the owner. (On-site installation is a founding benefit: valid for the first 20 businesses.)

What if you shut down in two years?

You take everything with you. Products, revenue, tabs: one export, yours. It's in black and white in the terms, not in fine print. (See also: why so cheap. You staying is in our interest, not just yours.)

Why so cheap?

Because we don't make money on your till. €29.99 covers what it costs to run FirstPour for you: servers, updates, support on the line. No investors demanding margin, no add-ons to upsell you, no per-user pricing. Our model is simple: not earning more per bar, but more bars that stay for years. Everything about FirstPour is built to make you stay, not to lock you in. That's why there's no annual contract, and if you ever leave, you take everything with you in one export.

What's the white-cash-register threshold in 2026?

€25,000 in annual revenue from restaurant and catering services, excluding VAT and excluding drinks. Stay under that (like most drink-led businesses) and you don't need a white cash register. Check it in the white-cash-register guide →

Does FirstPour work without internet?

Yes. If the wifi drops, the till just keeps going; everything syncs once the connection's back. Even at a summer bar or a market stall with no fixed line.

Does FirstPour run on my own tablet?

Yes. FirstPour runs in the browser and as an Android app. One tablet is enough to start, and extra devices cost nothing more.

One call. No sales pitch.

We come by, look at your business with you, and tell you honestly whether FirstPour is a fit.

No newsletter, no spam. One call or email to set a time. Nothing more.
